1. General Policy
Thank you for subscribing to Cyannav. We appreciate your business. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and straightforward.
2. Monthly Subscriptions ("Master" Plan)
Our monthly subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. Due to the nature of the service and the costs associated with providing real-time AI analysis, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, plan downgrades, or unused time if you cancel your account before the end of your subscription period. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period.
3. One-Time Payments ("LTD" Plan)
The Lifetime Deal (LTD) plan is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the features specified at the time of purchase. All LTD sales are final and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
4. Free "Practitioner" Plan
The "Practitioner" plan is free of charge and therefore does not involve any payments or refunds.
5. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. If you need assistance, please contact our support team at hello@cyannav.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our paid services after the changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
