Instead, it records the Jianwu-specific facts that complete the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie/Tracking Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Data Rights Notice, Do Not Sell or Share Notice, and AI and Entertainment Disclaimer.

Account, Identity, and Access Data

Jianwu uses SZLK Passport headless authentication as the primary account flow and maintains Supabase shadow-user state for product access. The product may process account email, password-authentication state, verification status, Passport-linked product identity, Supabase user identifiers, session cookies, name or profile metadata where provided, birthday submitted during registration, invite code metadata, subscription tier, subscription status, Stripe customer identifiers, and current period information.

Market Analysis, Founder Profile, and Community Data

Jianwu stores and processes market niche submissions, user solution details, Guanfu index values, generated market analyses, suggestions, metrics, competitor analysis, sentiment analysis, roadmap, risk analysis, Saints Way output, language, queued/running/completed task state, and saved analysis history. Xuanlan founder profiles can include skills, proof signals, reachable audiences, durable assets, constraints, interests, directions to avoid, and an existing idea where submitted. Public wonder sharing and community interaction features may store publication state, vote counts, and user interactions against analysis records.

AI and Grounded Intelligence Processing

Jianwu currently requires Cloudapi as its runtime intelligence provider. Product requests may send the minimum context needed for market analysis, strategy generation, grounded search, public evidence retrieval, community signal analysis, and market-size summaries to Cloudapi project routing. The codebase also contains legacy OpenRouter and Google Gemini provider classes, but the active factory requires Cloudapi configuration for runtime intelligence.

Public Research and Business Decision Boundary

Jianwu outputs are business research and decision-support materials. Users are responsible for reviewing the evidence, assumptions, market size estimates, competitive analysis, strategy, risk analysis, and roadmap before relying on them. Outputs do not guarantee investment returns, revenue, product-market fit, legal compliance, tax treatment, funding outcomes, or commercial success.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Entitlements

Jianwu uses Stripe Checkout for paid access. Paid lookup keys in the implementation include master_monthly, sage_monthly, and enterprise_max, which map to product subscription tiers such as pro and max; practitioner_free is treated as a free plan without Stripe checkout. Stripe processes card/payment details. After a successful checkout session, the Stripe webhook updates the Supabase profiles record with subscription tier, Stripe customer id, subscription status, and an approximate current period end.

Delivery and Refund Facts

For paid subscriptions, delivery occurs when Stripe confirms checkout and Jianwu unlocks the corresponding account tier, usage limits, report/export capabilities, public-sharing rights, API access, or other paid feature access. Refund handling should consider whether the paid tier was unlocked, AI analysis or grounded research was consumed, reports were generated or exported, API keys were used, or public/community publication actions were taken.

API Keys and Programmatic Access

Jianwu includes an API key system for programmatic Guanfu analysis access. API key records include owner, hashed key, name, active state, creation time, and last-used time. Users are responsible for keeping API keys confidential and for any product activity performed through their keys unless unauthorized use is reported and verified.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

Jianwu stores cookie consent choices in browser local storage under cookie-consent. The Xuanlan profile editor stores an unsaved local draft under jw:xuanlan-profile-draft. The analytics tracker stores a browser visitor id under jw_visitor_id and sends page-view events with page path, title, referrer, UTM parameters, browser, device, operating system, screen resolution, language, and a visitor fingerprint to the product analytics endpoint.

Visitor Sessions and Analytics Events

Jianwu analytics records are written to Supabase-backed visitor_sessions and analytics_events tables. The tracking endpoint hashes the request IP address with SHA-256 where an IP is available, stores user agent and device/browser/OS details, records last seen time, and writes analytics events with event type, page path, page title, referrer, UTM fields, metadata, and a session reference where available.

Storage and Retention Notes

Jianwu stores account profile, subscription, analysis history, Xuanlan profile, Guanfu task, daily brief, user topic, API key, content post, admin role, visitor session, and analytics event records in Supabase-backed tables protected by row-level security policies where applicable. Account-linked records may remain available until account deletion, an eligible deletion request, security needs, fraud prevention, accounting duties, public-community preservation rules, or dispute handling require deletion or continued retention.

Material Service Providers

Jianwu uses SZLK Passport for headless account authentication, Supabase Auth and Supabase database/RLS for product identity and records, Stripe for checkout and payment webhooks, Cloudapi for AI, search, extraction, community discovery, grounded intelligence, and market-size processing, and Next.js/Vercel-style hosting infrastructure for the web product. Email verification, password reset, or account messages may be handled through Passport and Supabase-related email flows where configured.
